Yes. Megah Group Resources is a pest control company registered and licensed under Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) in accordance with the Pesticides Act 1974. All operations are carried out by certified personnel holding valid Certificates of Competency. Licence documents are available on request for procurement or audit purposes.
Yes. Our technical personnel are registered under the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) — the mandatory qualification for deployment on any active construction site. We never send uncertified personnel to site. CIDB registration documents are available upon request.
Re-entry periods depend on the treatment type:

• Fogging (ULV): Minimum 30–60 minutes after treatment is complete
• Surface spray: Once the surface is fully dry (typically 1–2 hours)
• Termite soil treatment: Construction can resume once the soil layer has absorbed the treatment (typically 24 hours)

Our technician will confirm the re-entry interval in writing on each post-service report.
Yes. We use KKM and DOE-approved chemicals selected specifically based on the environment type and sensitivity level. For hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities, we use formulations safe for patient-facing areas under strict ventilation protocols. All chemicals come with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) available on request.
Yes. We issue pre-construction soil treatment certificates accepted by local authorities for building plan submissions and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) applications. Certificates are issued after treatment is completed to specification, complete with documentation of chemicals used and areas treated.
Each service produces structured documentation covering:

• Site Inspection Report — findings, risk areas, infestation levels
• Treatment Record — chemicals used, dosage, application method, areas treated
• Monitoring Report — ovitrap results, larval index, bait station status
• Corrective Action Recommendations — follow-up actions where required

All reports are delivered in a format suitable for submission to main contractors, hospital administrators or facilities managers.
For urgent cases — particularly when a construction site receives a vector notice from MOH or faces an upcoming audit — we can mobilise within 24–48 hours of work confirmation. Contact us directly via WhatsApp for urgent cases as this is significantly faster than email.
This service applies when a construction site that MGR manages receives a regulatory summons. In such cases:

• The Company Director appoints MGR as authorised representative via a valid letter of authority
• MGR handles all court documentation, proceedings and legal compliance on behalf of the client
• All summons-related costs arising from the case are borne fully by MGR
